The hotel need good improvement in facility maintenance, hospitality, room service, cleaning. There is a serious communication problem between hotel personnel, you get a lot of wrong information from front desk. If you have to ask or deal with front desk, I would recommend to speak with both ladies as they are professional, friendly helpful and they double check any information before sharing. In fact, I needed a room with washing machine as I was staying for long time as she offered to upgrade me to another room with washing machine as complimentary. Rooms are very small, some rooms have very small bathroom which is inconvenient. Rooms have small kitchenette. Location of hotel is good: just a walking distance to metro, a bus station just in front of hotel, taxi are always available, surrounded with a lot of small restaurant, supermarket. During first week of my stay, breakfast was very low & poor food quality with almost no variety, then hotel has open their own restaurant to serve breakfast which was better but not top as still limited in option and not all option were tasty, need improvement.
